1. Enterprise Data Sovereignty & Indian Data Residency

OrynBiz Technologies ("OrynBiz", "we", "us", or "our") operates strictly within sovereign Indian digital jurisdiction for all Indian corporate customers. All enterprise customer application databases, ledger transactions, and enquiry records are hosted exclusively within Tier-IV AWS data centers located in Mumbai (ap-south-1) and Hyderabad (ap-south-2). We adhere strictly to the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only to the extent necessary to provide architectural evaluations, provision trial workspaces, and deliver enterprise Business Operating System services:

• Direct Contact & Consultation Information: Full name, professional corporate email, verified phone number, company name, estimated employee headcount, and self-selected operational requirements provided through demo requests, trial sign-ups, or ROI calculations.
• Diagnostic & Fit Check Parameters: Selections made within the OrynBiz 5-Step Solution Finder (such as business vertical, operational bottlenecks, legacy software stack, and implementation timeline) stored locally and transmitted only when requesting a consultation.
• Transactional Telemetry: Anonymized, aggregated system metrics (such as API call latency, voucher throughput, and uptime telemetry) utilized exclusively for platform stability monitoring and SLA verification.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes:

• To schedule executive architectural briefings and prepare customized operational software demonstrations.
• To provision 14-day sandboxed trial access environments tailored to your industry workflow.
• To respond to technical inquiries within our committed 2 business hours window.
• To execute contractual data migration and system onboarding protocols.
• We never sell, lease, or monetize your corporate contact details or business parameters to any third-party marketing entities.

4. Customer Data Ownership (You Own Your Data)

In the context of the OrynBiz Business Operating System, you (the Customer) remain the exclusive owner and Data Fiduciary of all customer ledgers, inventory counts, employee records, and vendor master data. OrynBiz acts solely as a Data Processor. We do not access, alter, or disclose your production database contents except upon your written administrative instruction or as strictly required to execute critical disaster recovery maintenance.

5. Cryptographic Security Standards

All data transmitted to or from OrynBiz is protected using mandatory TLS 1.3 encryption with Perfect Forward Secrecy. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 hardware-level encryption keys managed via dedicated AWS KMS. Production databases are deployed within isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) with continuous automated point-in-time backup replication (RPO < 5 minutes).

6. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under applicable statutory regulations, business representatives and individual users hold comprehensive data rights:

• Right of Access & Portability: You may request an immutable summary of all contact and diagnostic data stored about your enterprise at any time.
• Right to Rectification: You may update or correct any obsolete organizational contact records.
• Right to Erasure: Upon evaluation conclusion or subscription expiration, you may formally request permanent cryptographic erasure of trial sandbox databases and marketing records.
